Chardonnay

Escaping to a sunny day in California…just the thought makes me smile. What also makes me smile is sharing a glass of this chardonnay, which was made with lees stirring and aging on lees for a smoother mouthfeel and added complexity.

Appellation

California, from prime Central Coast and North Valley grapes.

Tasting Notes

Rich and creamy, with flavors of pear, butterscotch and a hint of oak. The clean, crisp finish makes me think of "sunshine in a glass."

Food Pairing

Sip on its own, or enjoy with salad, pasta, chicken and lightly sauced dishes.

Pinot Grigio

Who doesn’t love Italy? The history, the romance ... If you are looking for a white wine other than Chardonnay, may I suggest my Pinot Grigio, grown in the “three Venezies” of Trento, Friuli and Veneto.

Appellation

Delle Venezie Indicazione Geografica Tipica, Italy

Tasting Notes

I think the wine is everything a Pinot Grigio should be: with citrus, delicate tropical fruit and pear, and a crisp, lemony finish and good mineral notes. The acidity and body make it fresh and full in your mouth….perfect for sharing a chilled glass while people watching at an outdoor café!

Food Pairing

Perfect when you want a crisper white wine to sip on, or with seafood, salad and pasta.
